What happened?:
I made an error in setting up the vacuum, in which the pump was pulling on air with a liquid nitrogen trap attached. I noticed the error and with the help of several lab mates, we made the appropriate steps in handling the incident. Everyone was notified of the hazard via Slack. Fortunately, liquid oxygen was not condensed, and the trap was safely put down the next day.
